Yes! All Preset Plus Presets are instant download. Once you complete your order, the download link will be sent via email instantly. You may use our presets to edit an unlimited amount of photos.

Our presets are created for all skin tones. Before launching a new preset collection, each preset undergoes testing with dozens of different skin tones. In the rare event that the presets sightly alter your skin tone, we provide a quick and easy adjustment guide, which will walk you through how you can easily adjust your skin tone in just a few simple clicks, if needed.

The only things required to use our presets are a camera phone and the FREE Lightroom mobile app. It’s really that easy 🙂

All of our preset collections include more than 1 preset so we recommend that you try all of the presets that come in the collection. Each are slightly different, but go well with each other to maintain the same style so you will have a cohesive look.

No. It’s illegal to redistribute our presets without our permission. 1 purchase = 1 license = 1 user. Each user can install a purchased preset collection on up to two (2) devices for use by the same user. A preset purchased with a single user license cannot be installed on multiple computers for use by multiple users.

Billing

All Preset Plus Presets are a one-time payment. There are no on-going fees or subscriptions required to use our presets in the FREE Lightroom mobile app.

No, you do not need to purchase again. You will still have access to your download page so you can download them to your new phone if/when needed.

No worries! Typically this is the result of either the wrong email address being entered at the time of purchase or the email landing in your spam folder. If you need help, such as changing the email address on your order, or you need the confirmation email resent, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with that account.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once our files have been downloaded. However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. we will be happy to issue a refund for duplicate orders), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion. Nothing herein grants an obligation by Wilde Presets to issue a refund.
